About Us.
Janelle and Janet acquired BattlefieldLiveWisconsin in late July 2020. The global pandemic gave us the opportunity to play around with the equipment and we fell in love with the mobile laser tag experience. We spent our mornings swimming laps and discussing everything from equipment to game play.
Miraculously, we were given the chance to purchase the equipment and start our own company, so of course, we jumped in with both feet!
Janelle has always had an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong business mind and Janet brought tech and financial savvy. We both have a background in and a passion for marketing, customer service and care, so the needs of our customers are at the forefront of all our discussions and decisions.
We are totally stoked to bring our laser tag experience to you at your next party or get together.

Janelle Shumaker
I graduated from Northern State University majoring in Business Management. I always enjoyed facilitating adventure activities, and working at a summer camp for many years doing just that. Laser Tag sounded like the perfect marriage of the two (adventure/business). I enjoy climbing, swimming, hiking, camping, anything outside and I am game. My two puppers, Bradley and Holly, love to join in on the fun. Occasionally my hubby, Brad, will join in too. My pup already had the name(Bradley) when we adopted him…haha don’t worry people always think we named him after my husband.
One of my favorite memories of camping is taking my nieces through Wolf Cave at a State Park in Indiana. It’s the greatest gift to pass on to others the love of the outdoors/adventure!
